Since 1982, we have helped PaRC patients find long-term sobriety.

How we do what we do!

Dream it.

Board members, going all the way back to our beginning, are people who want to help patients make the transition to a life that is happy, joyous, and free - just as other members have.

Build it.

The Alumni Board is our primary tool to make those dreams a reality. Elected by all alumni members to two year terms, we work to be responsive to the needs of our members so they have ways to find fellowship, mentors, and help in a variety of ways.

Grow it.

Our commitment means we need to make our services known and available to the newcomer fresh out of the PaRC. Among those services are multiple events each year that allow our members to connect with their community. The Alumni Association is an evolving and dynamic enterprise.

Integrate it.

Alumni members are involved in many facets of recovery. We chair and lead meetings in the PaRC, we staff Relapse Recovery programs, we facilitate Aftercare groups to help PaRC graduates transition to a sober life in their first year of recovery.

Model it.

We concentrate on modeling sober life, whether it’s managing conflict, listening to others, lending a hand, making a living amends, or something else we’ve learned in the AA program.

Do it.

We are compelled to make connections possible through interesting events, helping people get their minds off the struggle, finding the personal value of helping others - all through the twelve steps.

The PaRC Alumni Association is not an AA, CA, NA or other “A group.” We are a registered 501 c3 non-profit.
